I will be trying a few of these. I love Hummus and use it all the time in place of Mayo or mustard. I liked the idea of the PB with apples and banana

I make some similiar to the black bean and corn salad and use it as a salsa dip, it's incredible and will fill like a meal!

One of the companies we use for lunch always makes a chicken salad w/grapes and cashews and I always wanted to try it. Thanks for posting this, next time I will add the grapes.

Sound good. I hate to cook, and I certainly don't want to heat up the kitchen in summer, so NO COOK ideas are great.

The tuna wraps and the lettuce, cheese and hummus sandwich sound good. I'm always looking for new tuna recipes. Maybe I could throw some tuna in to that sandwich too :)
