We will have the big traditional turkey dinner, after church, with all of the trimmings. I hope I can keep myself under control. We'll have 10 people. - 4/21/2011   12:52:30 PM

Yes, we celebrate Easter. Usually I make ham, with the works, but this year I've decided to make it easy on myself and serve lasagna, a nice salad, bread, and a light dessert. I can prepare everything the day before and enjoy the celebration without stress! - 4/20/2011   12:25:00 PM

Yes - we celebrate Easter... but we're vegetarians so I always have a challenge coming up with a special meal. - 4/20/2011   5:16:06 AM

No, I don't celebrate, since my children are grown now and I don't have to prepare for Easter Egg Hunts & all that "Bunny" stuff. - 4/20/2011   12:51:58 AM

I'm not a big fan of lamb...but the cornish hens sound good! - 4/19/2011   7:32:03 PM

Yes, we celebrate Easter, but not usually with any specific meal any more as it's just my husband and me. My m-i-l always insisted on a lamb roast, but, after a pre-service brunch and services at church this Sunday, we will come home and have a normal Sunday-type dinner - maybe that asparagus soup - followed by a handful of jelly beans (I've been waiting all month!). - 4/19/2011   9:50:13 AM

Love to see my kids and nephews faces if I served asparagus soup! LOL. Too complicated if hosting a large family gathering. - 4/19/2011   7:56:43 AM
