While the 10 new menu items do match McDonald's offerings rather closely, perhaps the new updates are also a sign of the times. I know sometimes one has to eat out for lunch, but Burger King would not be where I would go.

I think a calorie count for a salad WITHOUT the dressing of 500+ is WAY WAY too much! What are they putting in them??? Yikes! I make my own lunches//// salads w/ dressing comes in at about 150 calories!

I would have to explore this further, though, because the ingredients are what I am more concerned about. Are those walnuts candied? I remember Wendy's had four really tasty-sounding salads, except that everything was candied or had crispy things like croutons and noodles on them, so I never ate their salads. The same might hold true for Burger King.

I say It's easier to make our own meals and
that way we'll know what is in them and not feel guilty later.
