All year long, I've been compiling a list of my favorite exercise songs. Here, you'll find the top 50 songs that had me running, Spinning, moving and grooving the past 12 months! Someone told me about this song, I'm glad I found it because it really gets me and my exercise groups going! I downloaded it from Amazon but it looks like available on iTunes also.

My workout music consists of Metallica, Ensiferum (from Finland), Amon Amarth, Gojira, Megadeth, etc. Metal gets me going the most!
