I looked at the Starbucks article to get ideas for what I could do for eat at home, and to be reminded of what to avoid (extra salt, cholesterol, saturated fat) to keep my own recipes "lighter" (without using a specific list of planned ingredients).
The Blizzard article I had to read (appeals to the child in me); and I had to chuckle with that author's reasons for putting it together. Seems a pretty sugar intensive cooling dessert, but that's just IMHO.
I thoroughly felt swept away by the "Break out of your exercise rut" article. Movement works to balance out the "calories in" only when you actually do it -- so I welcome ideas that let me vary the "how" or slightly change the "what".
For me, a great combination of articles, even if you need to be a tad bit discriminating about the nutrition balance (or lack) in some of the meals.
